Elastisoft LLC ("Elastisoft," "we," "us," or "our") operates TrafficUnderground.com and Pajes.app (together, the "Services"). Pajes.app is a related website-building service within the Elastisoft product ecosystem. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or use the Services.

2. Information We Collect
- Account and profile information: name, email address, username, encrypted password credentials, account preferences, membership level, and account status.
- Transaction information: product, subscription, order, entitlement, refund, and payment-status information. Payment providers process payment-card or financial account details under their own privacy notices; we generally receive transaction references and status rather than full card numbers.
- Content and service data: pages, campaigns, projects, prompts, files, settings, support messages, and other information you submit or create through the Services.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times, security events, and diagnostic logs.
- Marketing information: newsletter choices, consent records, email delivery, opens and clicks where supported, referral and affiliate attribution, and campaign preferences.
- Information from third parties: purchase platforms, payment providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, email providers, integrations you connect, and publicly available sources used by requested research tools.

Our cookie banner lets you accept optional technologies, use functional technologies only, or select categories. You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the site footer and change your choice at any time.
Depending on enabled administrator settings and your consent, optional technologies may include Traffic ROI Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and referral-attribution scripts. - professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and authorities where legally required; and

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or cross-context behavioral activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws; applicable choices are provided through Cookie Preferences and privacy requests.
6. International Transfers
Elastisoft is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where European law requires a transfer mechanism, we rely as appropriate on adequacy decisions, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, and supplementary technical and organizational safeguards.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Retention depends on the data and purpose. Account and service data is generally retained while an account is active and for a limited period afterward; transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, consent, suppression, security, and legal records may be retained longer where required or justified. Backups are deleted or overwritten on scheduled cycles. When deletion is requested, we delete or de-identify information unless retention is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Unsubscribing stops marketing but may leave a minimal suppression record so we can honor the request.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, and service-provider controls. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures. You may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, or certain profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.

We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits.

10. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential account, security, transaction, or service notices.
11. Children
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information or enabling an integration.
